A complete redesign which followed Type C-2 from au. Animated, relatively low resolution pixel art. Type D-2 features the same range and designs, at a higher resolution. First available from August 2001, but in common use in 2003. Used on older devices than the Type D-2 set.

Note: Each emoji has been mapped to its modern Unicode codepoint, despite this set existing prior to Unicode emoji standardization.
