సుషీ

Japanese sushi, generally depicted as two pieces of raw pinkish-orange fish, as tuna or salmon, on white rice (nigiri). Some platforms show the cylindrical maki, a piece of seafood, vegetables, and white rice wrapped in seaweed (nori).
